Ian is a Licensed NLP Practitioner and uses NLP techniques to support his training where appropriate. He also plays an active role in the local branch of the CIPD.
Outside work, he's an enthusiastic gardener, a keen photographer and an amateur musician. He leads his local church's music group, edits the Parish Magazine and continues to develop its website.
