We’ll work with you to identify the key stakeholders and subject matter experts and decide how best to involve them. We’ll also talk to end-users and to those who may be affected by the proposed changes. We'll get to know your company and we'll find out what's important to your people. We’ll consider how you’d like to measure the effectiveness of the solution and clarify a process for developing, testing and approving the materials. We’ll also help you to determine what you want to do after any initial launch and how the proposed solution could be integrated with your existing training activities. If you already know this information and have a clear picture of what you want to achieve, we can begin to formulate an appropriate solution almost immediately, otherwise we'll undertake these research stages as quickly and efficiently as possible.
